Review every signal
before you accept
the load.

RateProof screens rate confirmations for technical document-integrity signals, protected-field inconsistencies, image/screenshot limitations, and company-context review notes — so drivers can make a more informed decision before pickup.

RateProof app — Stop losing money to bad documents
The Problem

Drivers get screened by everyone.
The documents sent to drivers
rarely get screened back.

Rate confirmations move fast. A driver may receive one PDF, one screenshot, or one forwarded document and have only minutes to decide. If a file was re-saved, flattened, edited, or sent as a screenshot, the original source history may be missing. RateProof helps surface those review signals before the truck moves.

01
Edited or re-exported PDF source history
02
Screenshot-only or image-only documents
03
Rate, total, or linehaul fields that need review
04
Missing or incomplete broker/carrier identifiers
How It Works

Three steps. One clearer decision before pickup.

RateProof turns a rate confirmation into a simple driver-facing result: No issue detected, Review required, or High document integrity risk when strong technical indicators are present.

Capture the document

Upload the rate confirmation, BOL, image, or PDF directly from the phone before pickup.

Run integrity checks

RateProof reviews document structure, source history, protected amount fields, math, and image limitations.

Decide with context

The app summarizes the strongest signals and gives the driver a clear next step before accepting the load.

Core Screening Checks

Technical checks built around the document itself.

RateProof is not just a broker lookup. The core product is document-integrity screening: the technical fingerprints left by edits, exports, screenshots, flattened PDFs, and protected-field inconsistencies.

Verify brokers & carriers fast.

Search any broker or carrier record by DOT or MC number against official FMCSA-based registration data. A quick advisory layer that complements the document-integrity screening — never a substitute for direct verification.

  • DOT number lookup
  • MC number lookup
  • Authority status and registration age
  • Public-record context, presented for your review

Always verify directly with FMCSA SAFER and the broker's published contact before accepting any load.

Built By A Driver

Built by a driver who needed this tool first.

RateProof was built from the driver side of the desk. Brokers, carriers, factoring companies, and load boards have tools to screen drivers and companies. Owner-operators also need a practical way to screen the documents sent to them before they commit time, fuel, and equipment to a load.

RateProof does not replace driver judgment. It gives drivers a clearer set of document-integrity signals so they know when to ask for the original PDF, verify the broker directly, or slow down before pickup.

FAQ

Questions drivers actually ask.

What does RateProof actually do? +

RateProof screens rate confirmations and surfaces document-integrity indicators. It reviews PDF source history, protected fields, image/screenshot limitations, math consistency, and company-context signals so you can decide what to verify before pickup.

Does "Review required" mean the load is bad? +

No. Review required means the document contains a signal that should be checked. It is not an accusation, legal conclusion, or guarantee of wrongdoing.

Can a clean result guarantee payment or legitimacy? +

No. "No issue detected" means the automated review did not find significant issues in the submitted document. It does not guarantee legitimacy, payment, or future performance.

Why does RateProof ask for the original PDF? +

PDFs can carry source-history and structure information that screenshots do not. If a document is uploaded as a JPG, PNG, screenshot, or flattened PDF, RateProof recommends requesting the original PDF from the broker.

Does RateProof check broker or carrier data? +

Yes, but Company Lookup is a secondary advisory layer. Missing broker MC/DOT information should prompt verification — it does not by itself prove document manipulation.

Is my scan data sold to brokers or load boards? +

No. Driver scan data is not sold to brokers, factoring companies, or load boards. See the Privacy Policy for details on storage, processing, and deletion.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Apple ID subscription settings and can be canceled according to App Store rules.

Important · How to Use Risk Indicators

RateProof is a decision-support tool, not a verdict.

Risk indicators produced by RateProof are generated by automated analysis of submitted documents and available company-context data. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a legal conclusion about any broker, carrier, shipper, or other party.

A review result is not a determination of fraud, criminality, business misconduct, or any specific behavior. A low-risk result is not a guarantee of legitimacy or payment. Drivers remain responsible for their own due diligence and final acceptance decisions.

Read the full disclaimer and methodology before relying on any output of this tool.
