Subscription Terms

1. Current Plans and Allowances

Free

• Three complimentary document scans total for the lifetime of each RateProof account.
• One Contract Analyzer analysis per calendar month.

Premium

• 25 document scans per calendar month.
• Three Contract Analyzer analyses per calendar month.
• Monthly and annual subscription options.

Evidence Vault is available without Premium. Some other features or higher allowances may require an active Premium entitlement.

2. Pricing and Purchase

RateProof subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Apple processes payment and applies its App Store billing terms. Current localized pricing, the billing period, and purchase details are shown in RateProof and by Apple before you confirm a purchase. No price stated outside that purchase flow should be treated as a universal storefront price.

3. Introductory and Promotional Offers

Apple may make introductory or promotional offers available to eligible customers in certain storefronts. Eligibility, duration, and availability are determined by Apple and shown before purchase. RateProof does not guarantee that a trial or promotional offer will be available.

4. Auto-Renewal and Billing

A RateProof subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it under Apple's subscription rules. Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account and controls billing, renewal timing, tax treatment, and payment processing. Review the information Apple displays before purchase and in your subscription settings.

5. Managing or Canceling

Manage or cancel RateProof through your Apple subscription settings, not through account deletion in RateProof. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select RateProof, and follow Apple's cancellation instructions.

Cancellation ordinarily leaves Premium access available through the current paid entitlement period unless Apple determines otherwise. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself promise a refund for the current period.

7. Restore Purchases

Restore Purchases can check Apple purchase information and restore an eligible active entitlement. A restore does not create a new subscription, guarantee eligibility, or override Apple's subscription status.

8. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Refund requests and payment disputes for Apple transactions are subject to Apple's policies and processes. RateProof does not promise refunds and cannot decide Apple refund requests.

9. Allowance Periods and Rollover

The three Free document scans are a lifetime, account-level allowance and do not reset monthly. The Premium document-scan allowance resets each calendar month. Free and Premium Contract Analyzer allowances reset each calendar month. Unused allowances do not roll over unless RateProof explicitly says otherwise.

10. Plan and Service Changes

RateProof may modify plans, features, or allowances prospectively for product, operational, legal, security, or technical reasons. Apple may change storefront pricing or require action for a price change under its rules. The current purchase and subscription screens control the terms presented for a transaction.

11. Informational Results

A subscription provides access to eligible RateProof features and allowances. It does not guarantee a particular document result, document authenticity, fraud determination, legal conclusion, payment, rate, savings, earnings, or business outcome. See the Disclaimer.
